We have several letting agents on our books in the Sussex area.

How to request a visit

Simply email a works order to us, we will contact the tenant and arrange a visit.

Terms and Conditions

A responsible adult must be present at the property at all times we are there, we do not “Collect Keys” from your office.

Payment is to be made within 30 days by bank transfer.

If you charge a referral fee / commission, this will be added to our repair invoice.

Private Landlords

We are happy to carry out repairs for private landlords

How to request a visit

Simply fill out the landlords repair request form at the bottom of this page,

we will contact the tenant directly and arrange a visit, or if you prefer, we will meet you at the property.

We will email you our invoice for payment after our visit, or if we meet you there we will give you invoice.

Terms and conditions

A responsible adult must be present at the property all the time we are there.

Payment is to be made at the time of repair if you are present by either cash or card, if you are not there, then payment must be made within 24 hours by bank transfer
