Allan fixed my noisy oven (replacement fan motor) in super speed... Now it's purring like a pussy cat. Very responsive to emails and a pleasure to deal with.

An error message that some apparently just right a machine off, but Alan did his due diligence gave the machine a thorough check and - fingers crossed - seems to be working!

Firstly, Allan was very responsive. I phoned him in the morning and he was knocking on the door by one o'clock the same day. Secondly, he found the problem very quickly (a rat had chewed through the drainage pipe). He had the replacement pipe on his van and fitted it then and there. He pointed to where the rat had come in to the house and explained both how to access it and how to ratproof the hole. Finally he was warm and easy to talk to, explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. One satisfied customer.

Alan made two visits. On the first he diagnosed the problem by listening to the dishwasher. He recommended the purchase of a diverter valve which he concluded was not working. On the second visit he fitted the diverter valve and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since then. He was good with the charges as he had some time 'left over' within the charge for the first visit which he allocated to the second visit, thereby keeping the cost to me as low as possible. Also, I didn't pay anything at the end of the first visit; I only paid at the end of the second visit once all the work was completed. This guy, Allan, is straight as a dye and I would recommend him to anyone having problems with their dishwasher with out any hesitation. A rare find; a recommendation from a friend!
