I reached out to AM appliances as our tumble dryer was playing up. Allan responded very quickly and diagnosed a faulty pump. The part was ordered promptly and Allan came back to fit. Very impressed with the process from start to finish and reasonably priced too. Would definitely recommend

I had an issue with my washing machine. I called first thing in the morning and was able to get an appointment on the same day and that day my washing machine was fixed.
If you visit their website they are very transparent, they show you how they price call outs and even how they take payment, so you know what to expect when they arrive. They will be the first people I call and recommend for white goods issues going forward! Also really friendly. Thank you!

Allan was able to fit us in the next day to resolve an issue with the oven and the dishwasher. Good communication before the appointment and came across as friendly, trustworthy and conscientious. He fixed the bits that he had the parts for and then helped to order the other small part (which was easy to fit myself) to save the cost of another call out. He took care to protect the floor when pulling out the integrated dishwasher and took the effort to make sure it was all realigned after putting back in, which was a bit fiddly. Overall I was very happy with the service provided by Allan and would definitely recommend to others.
Allan is a really lovely man who is very reliable and keeps in touch to let you know when he will be arriving. He fixed our dishwasher and it’s great to have it working again. He had to order the part in but came back a few days later to finish the job. Highly recommended! Thank you Allan.

Excellent service, called out as fault and leakage on washing machine, came out over Christmas period and repaired the machine so we could use it over the Christmas period. Part ordered and came back promptly in the New Year to complete repair at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend and use again.
